The planning application for a replacement dwelling at Keeper's Cottage (S/1203/04/F) was refused by the full planning committee on 1st December 2004. The applicant appealed against the Council's decision. The appeal was heard on 22nd August 2006 in the Council Offices, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business park, Cambourne, Cambridge.
